1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Memory Bucket web application ("Service") provided by Infinima Tech Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Memory Bucket is a web application that allows users to gather and share photos from event guests. The Service enables users to upload, store, and share photos with other users who have access to the same event album.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. User Content

By uploading or submitting photos ("Content") to the Service, you grant Infinima Tech Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and perform the Content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to upload and share the Content and that the Content does not infringe the intellectual property rights or privacy rights of any third party.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Upload or share any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or otherwise objectionable.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
• Engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the Service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinima Tech Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service.
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infinima Tech Ltd., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your Content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cyprus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Refund Policy

Refunds can be provided under very limited circumstances:

• Before the activation date of the product you purchased.
• In case a malfunction of the Service prohibited you from using the Service for the intended purpose.

If the issue can be resolved by our support in a reasonable timeframe and method of delivery, then no refunds will be provided.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time at our sole discretion. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
